Purely hypothesising here, however if G/F need a 25 mill swing (possibly 20 mill odd more depending on lenders sympathies).... at 2c - 2.5c they could possibly buy votes required for $500 - $1mill to take majority.
Unlikely to find that kind of volume without pushing up share price significantly (and indications are they are getting out), but possible and worth considering?
