This is an email I got from Mr Moore today:

"Hi Joe,

The reason for the update was that the MME has made a decision. Whilst
not on Nuclear Fuels, it does relate to the Erongo project.

We are unclear from the decision as to the status of the Nuclear Fuel
applications. We know they haven't been granted, so are they still
pending or have in fact they been refused. We are awaiting
clarification from the MME on this matter.

I do not expect a reply to take too long to come back from the MME.
