In reply to Tulip 2000:
It is important that the Jones culture no longer continue in CBio. Jones and his cronies were toxic and some of that culture remains. Shareholders have elected three new directors and given them huge responsibility to turn the company around. Given the current situation with resignations, if the two stooges are not re-elected but Monsour is, the board will possibly be divided 50/50, if the overseas directors align with Monsour. Remember that they are from the old culture. This will be unworkable, preventing even the election of a chairman. The only stable workable board will eventuate if Monsour and his two stooges are not re-elected. Talk of removing them later is nonsense. Even if possible, such action would be hugely destabilising and expansive.
