SHG, currently selling at 55 cents, has just agreed at its General Meeting to issue over 18 million shares at 64 cents.
By my reckoning, the current price is therefore at around a 14 to 15 percent discount to the new issue price.
How often do we see an issue at MORE than the current price, and particularly by that much difference?
