Because the issue of the POL will not be a Lynas announcement, I dont see any trading halt before it is made, other than a short 10 minute ASX TH once the announcement is made. Because it is likely to be during Malaysian business hours, which are 3 hours behind Sydney time,it is a strong possibility, it would happen during trading hours.
