the last days have seen min trades so don't count on sellers drying up, chef.
I do ask , has ME totally got this wrong? If next year as bad as some are saying, credit will get squeezed and a CR at these levels is scary for FAR register. ME has to rely on JVs with his acreage and a free carry. I could not see it any other way if we’re to hit pay dirt next year?
We can only hope ( again ) that ME knows of an JV , Decree coming our way. If not , he should be removed , as 26 million could be worth a lot of money next year if the market continues to fall and the FLOW deal in hindsight was a badly predicted calculation.
