PPX being capped down , and PXUPA dropping .
Each time a buyer pays up for a reasonable amount on PPX , the seller sells down for a small amount to cap it
Currently 32 different sellers up to 8.4 average sell order $800 , something is cooking just cant work out what or why they want it lower
