Saw that Jake. Wow, the ADE SH must be absolutely livid!!!
Still stick to my views re BPT takeover of ICN. Too expensive in present financial climate. They have used up a big chunk of their available funds with ADE and money is EXTREMELY hard to come by from anywhere in the world at present, certainly not for a hostile takeover.
But, AKK is certainly highly vulneralbe with a MC of just $19 mill and VERY lucrative assets in US and more particularly, 50% of PEL105 which they shared with ADE. That IS a highly desirable prospect and BPT would love to have 100% of it also and for a pittance while SPs are so low.
Late 2012, yes, could see a move, but, my money still on both BPT and ICN coming up with a mutual BIG brother.
In saying that, can't see any real downside for ICN SP for foreseeable future. Good enough for me.
