Did the article say that money was to be spent on Panax projects? Big question I've always had is why do they need Panax...they've got govt contacts, geo experts can be bought by the hour, and there are plenty of geo sites in Indonesia.
I've done business there and everything is hyperthetical until the cash is in the bank....contract or not. Key to Panax success is the Molten money.
