    I agree, 60 metres of good quality coal is an amazing find. Given the location and ME's attitude, it seems he has every intention to actually make a mine out of it. But the main downer is the CR relative to our MC. It might even be a blessing in disguise if we don't raise the whole amount - but just enough to pay for the tenements and drilling/geophysics
