Jake, an academic question to tease us with. Don't always need dough for a t/o, paper would do it and often has. What would the formula need to be for BPT to (a) take control (b) get 90%??

NO doubt BPT would LOVE to have ICN and as I see it the only way that they can work together is if ICN can come up with a white knight to provide the capital (huge capital).
