bossdog as I have explained in previous Qantas posts, attacking Qantas passengers was not good business.
As far as the unions go, I agree with what Joyce did.
But I disagree 100% with what Joyce did to loyal Qantas passengers.
If you look below the headlines, Joyce could of achieved the same result with the unions that he intended, without treating Qantas passengers with no respect.
An apology after the fact to Qantas passengers is not going to make them forget how little Joyce valued them at the time.
