I believe China is corrupt but the bottom line is China's debt is owed to it's own private sector IE the elite Chinese Business men who control China and it's government. You cannot ignore the fact that most tangible products and goods are manufactured and produced in China. China has always been strong and is unlikely to fall for any tricks of the past used to slow it down. It will continue to grow stronger than the rest of the world. The only concerning thing I saw in that article was inadequate resources being diverted towards funding education which im unsure is true but if so may be concerning.
