The great thing about the Chinese is when they push the "go" button, they are committed 100%. That's been my experience in dealing with them.
Unlike Western investors and banks, who will pull the rug from under you at the first sign of trouble (and I'm talking amcro, not project specific), I've found the Chinese to be long term investors/funders.
Take a look at what's happening around the globe. The Chinese are mopping up resource assets in Africa, South America, PNG, Asia and here. Given a green light they will also acquire any number of infrastructure assets in Europe. While Western investors/banks are acting like Bambi in the headlights.
Like Kori, I am extremely comfortable with my holding in ORD, and looking to increase it.
