Given 250mio shares traded on the day of the announcement and the share price went from 3c to 6c I think you're being ambitious to expect to get from 4c to 20c with just 100mio.
Watching and waiting Monday to gauge mkt reaction to the perf shares news. Will likely buy either way - if mkt dips on news take the opportunity to buy lower, if not then mkt tells you it's not important and we've found a base.
