Nice forward looking thought though....
Even being overly generous considering they have the ore in the ground, land locked, no plant / infrastructure or any form of transport still waiting approvals & no cash yet secured for plant 50c tonne IGV is probably being overly generous & ahead of time but considering the ground work done & premium is probably fair & it brings you to ~$450m then put the Cash In Bank on top and a small excess & risk free you have the cash offer straight in your bank $554M which weighs in about right.
