When I was in Canada last month i was reading that the Mongolian government were reneging on their original deal with the foreign compnay (????) there and were seeking to re-write the terms more favourably to them, thats what the Africans could do here, yes its short sighted and seen as greedy but thats what they wanted to do, unsure how it all finished in Mongolia and it's probaly still going on.
