I sent an email to what I thought was their Australian division about 3 weeks ago.

They responded very quickly but unfortunately said they knew nothing of what I was asking.

Rats.

Would be good to know though wouldn't it.
I know lawyers can spin these things out, but with the high court date actually set for the 10th of Oct, surely there must be an outcome by now.

Maybe one of our fellow posters over there closer to the action have heard something.
