I gather by your closing comment that you have had conversations with DS regarding takeover activity and as such are doubtful that the company hasn't had expressions of interest. Obviously such information would be market sensitive and only released at the appropriate time.
For my part I can only play the hand in front of me. I asked the CEO and he said no, I have seen no significant move in the share registry and I have seen no market intelligence (broker or otherwise) to suggest a takeover. We are now into December so I doubt we would see anything for the next few months particularly with Europe teetering on the edge.
