Agree with Miksaw. The only phone call GJ should be making right now is to Hanlong telling to drop the conditions. No finance letter gives SDL some negotiating power. He should USE IT.
The share price is now at around same level it was before Hanglong made it's inital bid.
Market saying deal is kaput.
