I beleive that the JV partners would love another Chinguetti "salt dome" structure to develop ahead of the Tiof Development, Chinguetti is a nice simple "compressed" accumulation and at 600M dollars is much cheaper than Tiof which will run out at 1500m dollars, and looks like being 3 years away.
Increased reserves will be a priority IMHO to keep the Government, JV partners, Instos and Banks happy, even us shareholders [of all companies] may get some consideration.
