questions for the agm, page-34

This might seem like a silly question but is it possible the partnership with Quintiles has not yet been 100% formalised. I arrived a bit late at the AGM so may have missed something confirmed earlier, so correct me if I am wrong. Nowhere that I have seen in the presentation does it say there has been anything signed, only the key benefits to partnering with them. This would explain why there has not been an official announcement yet. Possibly it will be announced soon, once completely signed off?
