And it is possible it will be voted against next time by short term thinkers - the end result will be if that happens that some of the board will bugger off and be replaced by who ever they can get to do the job at a price - and will result in getting complete monkeys.
This will facilitate the company to fall in a heap and be just like most other very badly run gold mining companies.
This is a disastrous piece of legislation full of unintended consequences. The evidence will show up in about 2 years but a hell of a lot of damage will be done by then.
We have brought it on ourselves and will pay the price.
as to the sp - well, as far as I can see we are better off than the xgd in the last short while, so I can't see it has got a lot to do with fml. see below.
