I here what you are saying.

My belief is an orderly wind up would benefit all. I supported this and was a signatry when it was put up.

At some stage all other other ordinary shareholders should come to the realisation that it is the only path to follow rather than hope that the A Class holders give up at a sharp discount to the value of the A Class shares.

I know I would rather have my cash today to reinvest it elsewhere rather than have it sitting tied up in a company where the Board and major shareholders are doing absolutely nothing to increase shareholder value, either through dividend's, buy back's (not necessarily full class) or just talking up the up side of the underlying businesses.

Also resolving the never ending saga of Hoffmeister's vendor loan!
