African Petroleum Corporation Limited has been awarded two Exploration Permits in
Senegal over two offshore blocks: Rufisque Offshore Profond and Senegal Offshore Sud
Profond
Note the announcement does not mention presidential decrees but says
"? African Petroleum Senegal entered into agreements with Petrosen and the State of
Senegal to acquire exploration rights in two offshore blocks: Rufisque Offshore
Profond and Senegal Offshore Sud Profond"
