Jazza I recieved an email from the DERM and it basically stated what you said you were told when you called the DERM.

Kevin, your email was correct, the decision date for the Carbon Energy amendment applications was 25th November.

Since that time an extension Notice has been issued to Carbon Energy advising of an extension to the assessment period for Carbon's amendment applications. The new decision date has been set at 20 January 2012. The extension has been granted to allow:
- DERM time to complete its assessment of the EA and detail additional information requirements

- Carbon time to provide DERM with the additional information, and

- DERM time to assess the additional information.

I'm dissapointed this has not yet been announced to share holders!
