After reading the AGM Addresses one can only feel disappointment and frustration at a very ordinary effort by the Chairman and CEO.If BTA is to realise even some of the obvious value it has, it must have a change of leadership which exhibits a new, fresh, dynamic approach to marketing the company to the market.
It would be a shame to see another great Australian biotech firm fall into foreign hands at a very cheap price simply because of poor management. So here is a message to biota management:
As a shareholder, I expect you all to get off your butts and SELL the great story that biota possesses. We all know the science is great, but that is not enough on its own to convince the market. The market never lies and it is telling you to get your act together to restore value.NOW.
