if you look at their cash position, no. of shares and s/p in the past, you would see that the m/c reached $100m+ on Feb2010. The cash position is similar to Feb2010, so I see no reason that it can't reach that target again? maybe not today or tomorrow, but surely it's approaching to this direction, imo
