25, make a new thread and ask for a member called "downside". Hew gives people info on which brokers are buying and selling. It's just brokers, though- it probably won't tell you which shareholders are buying/selling.
Hard to know if it is SI's selling- most of the selling is done off-screen. Hopefully, buyers will continue to step up. If someone has an agenda, though... they'll just flog this one off.
