    I will answer your question...
    AXM processing cost is $321 per oz, BLK is planning to mine 30k - 70k by 2013.

    if BLK process 30k oz it will give apex revenue of $9.6m
    if BLK process 70k oz it will give apex revenue of $22.5m.
    (out of that i don't know what the profit margins are on processing)

    with BLK's shallow matilda gold mines - ready to mine, it would be in apex's best interest to get as much of BLK's ore through their plant.
