Today we are already up about 11.9% from the .74 low point of almost seven days ago.
Fundamentals are good and management have made it pretty clear that things are good and they wont be raising capital.
Looking at the following chart it appears that we are finally breaking away from BSL.

Price is at a 71.6% discount to net tangible assets.
Median estimates of PE going forward 2012 to 2013 5.2 and 3.5 respectively.
    Dividend yield 12.35%.
Already promised government assistance and potentially cushioned from a worst case scenario by the political value currently placed on the domestic steel industry.
Appears priced as though its already going out of business.

Does it appear likely (70% or more) that we have seen the bottom?

    Please answer with a yes/no/otherwise

Im going for a yes and very pleased that I averaged down when the price hit 78c.
