This was presented at the Indaba conference on 9th Feb 2011. I would have thought that these dates were the best known information at the time. It is pitiful and a cop-out for PEN Directors to suggest that the reason they have not made their schedules is that the dates were 2 years old.
It was also mentioned by Gus previously on BRR that the "initial DFS" was positive. Now we hear it is uneconomic ???
Sorry but someone somewhere needs to accept some responsibility and not just the janitor.
As for a remark that production in 2012 I still revert to the NRC time frame:
