Worked there, not necissarily the answer - just need smart people. The process is slightly different but people need to be able to think on their feet and have the ability to test what needs to be done. Mostly, consistency and stability is required. Do not doubt the fact, there have been (and still is) good Mets at Wiluna. Most of the problem is that the mining is getting harder (I belive there are still some good guys in this area as well ) but leadership is what holds it all together.
