Well the hanlong bid doesnt actually have any agreed funding behind it (yet). They havent been able to stump up the cash for SDL yet either.
It sounded to me like BMN need to tick several boxes re: dfs / mining license / epangelo before the funding would come through.
If it ticked those boxes one would think it should be worth more than what they had bid.
