Id say cash backing is closer to 3c.
Cash at bank is probably closer to $50M
Proven reserves - I wouldn't really class them as cash. But certainly a proven asset.
Shares outstanding should be calculated as close to 2B. The oppies are well in the money. They just havn't been converted to head stock yet.
But I agree with your delta comment.
Im in the market for a little more as we speak.
