This is more bizarre than strange. When was the 3 cent price decided on and why? I'm a shareholder and classed as a sophisticated investor yet why did I not get an offer? I keep thinking 3 cents??? The shares are selling poorly and slowly but only just got to 4c from 5.5c. This means that any real good news would put real push under the share price. This 3c thing demands an explanation dont't you think? With 4.5 million in the kitty why make a placement at an historical low? Why exclude the shareholders? What's happenning?
