863, wasn't Rene Rivken taken to task a few years back for selling at the same time his newsletter was recommending a buy (or vice versa)?
Were Hartley's selling their own holdings, or those of their clients whilst they maintained that BUY rating?
I'd be very concerned if it were the former...
