You must've read my mind...

I have been thinking throughout the day of penning a quick email to mgt team to voice my regret at being too lazy to vote!!

As the old adage goes, you pay peanuts you get monkeys.

I can tell you first hand that these guys are worth more considering industry stds.

I work in lower level Mgt in a NSW coal mine and I decided some time ago not to chase higher positions at this stage of life (4 young kids) as the relatively slight increase in pay does not adaquately compensate for the extra time demands and responsibility.

The equation is simple IMO...

Bear with me now...

Do you believe that the board has worked incredibly hard over the last 12 months?

Only blind Freddy would answer no to that so I will assume that most would agree YES

Next step...do you think their hard work will bear fruit in the next 6-12 months?

Now if you say NO to that Q you may need to consider selling up and reinvesting in a better company.

If you answered yes then I suggest you display yr trust in Board by allowing them to receive the pay their efforts and commitment deserve
