    G'day people,

    Last post on the subject; but if the 2nd tranche gets through we will have absolutely no chance of stopping the split no matter how terrible the terms are.

    If the 2nd tranche doesn't go through, we at least have a chance to crush it if for example, the accompanying dilution is excessive.

    Remember an online vote overrides any previous vote, so vote NO to 2 and 3, and get back at least some control over the companies future.
