    one doesn't have to go back to far to recal that bpc
    had so much debt on it's plate thAt it was virtually at the mercy of the banks
    i seriously put a big question mark over if this deal
    mAkes it to fruition.......but then again strnger things have happenend And i could be proven wrong!
