Totally correct assessment in my view DS. I am in a position to see inflows into investment funds. There has been an avalanche of money that would normally gone into equity funds that has been diverted to bank term deposits. Driven by FEAR.
In 2012 when the markets are up 50% there will be a massive switch by retail investors out of cash and into equities. That GREED will fire the other half of the growth to 100% as you predict.
The greatest rewards will be to those who have the courage to invest while other are fearful. easy to say. Hard to do. Thats why the returns are so high.
