Always a good sign to see the CEO purchasing $50K on-market with his own hard earned. Far better than the majority of companies who's CEO's large holdings have been gifted via cheap options & bonuses.
Btw, I have seeked clarification from the company regarding the earnings forecast (not being upgraded post-CIA acquisition) and they said, that as they said that the AGM, a lot of their projects are forecast to finish near the end of the financial year.
Given the potential for weather impacts (there is a 65% chance of more than normal number of tropical cyclones in the Pilbara this year) it was considered conservative to retain the forecast. This confirms what I had believed, that they will monitor the situation over the next 6 months, with the potential for an upside suprise to the forecast.
