Well NEU held 0.22 today... just.
It keeps on re-testing that low and at the moment
it looks like holding... but at the moment you'd have to
say the charts are not that clear.
Volumes are lower so there's not that much pressure on the
down side but... eventually without an upward push it's going
to be one retest too many.
t.a. points to higher stress levels
