I love buying property from disenchanted owners as well.Especially when they've done all the expensive structural work and not the cheap cosmetic stuff.

Even Alinta was great buying from 2c even if shareholders were shorted getting only 10c cash in the end before consolidation.Got sick of waiting and took 9c plus myself.Glad to have played my little part in rattling those bankers checkbooks.

Great bargains are where you see them or when they're given to you.As always it doesn't hurt to be gracious to the seller.
