thanks Nice One, i offloaded my invest prop a few months ago (in sydney,had it for 12yrs)and you just dont realise how much the strata/council/water/repairs.. mortgage etc add up to unless the price of the property is appreciating.
Renting is def putting $$ in the pocket.
