Starline... excellent and VERY useful piece of deduction thanks!
Was always puzzled about that cryptic comment regarding mining Trindade North concurrently. THAT is the answer! Solved.
It also suggests that such a scenario is an incentive to both parties to do a deal and clear the decks, to the benefit of all. It must clearly be uppermost in TP's mind, as it came to the fore at the AGM.
Dare I suggest that such a deal is the exciting item that is at an advanced stage of negotiation??
After all, does AVB really want any more tenements when it is pushing to handle what it already has! So surely it cannot be about just another piece of ground.
IF it sold TN now, then the pieces of the jigsaw would fit together perfectly.
An overnight transformation of AVB. (and SP)
Cash, mining permit and you can bet that a lot of the preliminary planning work has been roughly drafted. Then physical mining would almost certainly happen next year, which is TP's specialty. Six months to prepare and purchase equipment etc. while the drilling and geo's did their thing and added to the resource.
Also with a resulting much better Share Price the Ni tenements could be consolidated and floated, (or JV'd to another Woody company) to the advantage of AVB shareholders.
IF(!) this is the item at an advanced stage of negotiation, then closure could not be too far away I believe.
THEN watch AVB fly.... and the folk who participated in the raising at 10c would be more than pleased. Add to this an excellent JORC and you have... A real MINING COMPANY! $$$'s
.... feel much happier this morning :))
