NIMB - not in my backyard lol as for the USA and not building new plants - that will have to change sooner or later - i guess once energy prices reach a point where nuclear power becomes cost effective - perhaps with more technoloigcal breakthroughs they might alter their stance
We also have this $13B 6 country nuclear fusion reactor to be built in either japan or france - if that can be made work using clean oxygen as a fuel source then it might simply render uranium unneeded at all for global energy production
