Oceanwide had this as a condition with their placement and now the new group are doing the same.
With around 5 of these groups all wanting to participate in a placement, 'jumping in front' certainly occurs without too much prompting! To have multiple parties lined up ready to sign in this situation was a masterstroke by the Cudeco management.
Look at the recent issues other groups have had in trying to raise funds both here and abroad.
