Write to ASIC and the ASX complaining this company does not report competently. Cite the JV partnership with MKE, their reporting stategy, there SP increase and management at EGO will get a please explain and "black" mark against them. Simple as that. As the directors hold the bulk % in shares of this company after the Latent merge deal, we can't exactly vote them out but can make them more accountable.
Another option is to inundate the office with emails and phone calls until they get off their butts and start reporting to the market.
Last option is to sell - most will be at a loss - maybe that is what they are after - more cheap shares - who really knows - their incompentency and what they have done to the SP disgusts me!!
