Rent vs’s Buy I have noticed definitely in my area that rentals have gone up atleast 30% in the last 6 months. This is indicative of most of Perth. So when do we draw the line before purchasing. For instance to rent a home your looking at atleast $500 week. To purchase the same home is around $2200 in interest. Eventhough homes maybe sliding rent has picked up. Are we expecting that rents are going to fall along with homes in the coming years?
I find that hard to believe with current employment climates and government policies
